Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SleevedChick. Each item in our store is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because of this, our return and refund policy follows Printful's guidelines. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

 Returns

We only accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at [Insert Your Support Email] within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Custom items or personalized designs
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Products like socks and beanies (due to hygiene reasons)

All items are made-to-order, which means we don't keep inventory and can't resell returned goods.  As such, all orders are considered final sale, unless the product arrives damaged or misprinted.

 Refunds (If Applicable)

If your item qualifies for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
 

Wrong Address or Lost Package

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees may apply. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
